Mr. Nagy has worked on over 100 merger & acquisition and capital raising transactions during his career. Prior to forming Comstock Capital & Advisory Group, Mr. Nagy was a Managing Director at Stephens Inc., where he co-headed the firm’s Specialty Finance investment banking group. Prior to that, Mr. Nagy was a Principal with Burke Capital Group, an investment banking boutique in Atlanta which he helped start in 1995 that focused on the commercial banking sector. Prior to Burke, Mr. Nagy was the Director of Strategic Planning at Harry’s Farmers Market, a publicly traded specialty food retailer. He also served as Senior Analyst in the Corporate Finance Division of The Robinson-Humphrey Company. Mr. Nagy holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in finance from the University of Virginia and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
